About Premium Auto Service

Located at 1500 Redd Rd, El Paso, TX 79911, Premium Auto Service operates as an auto repair shop serving El Paso in Texas. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

In El Paso, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Texas vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. Typical hours are 8 am–5 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (915) 587-5500. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 47 reviews, which is a strong result for an auto repair shop in El Paso and suggests consistent service.

El Paso is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and El Paso follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Hector and his team was amazing. Pay a tiny bit more than others, but absolutely worth it. They go above and beyond. Will come back again. Extremely helpful and prompt.

When this shop first opened, it was a Meineke and we started bringing our cars there when the dealership service center was too far, too expensive or took too long (often all 3). We developed a nice relationship with both the previous owner, Lutz, and with the current owner, Hector. 4 cars and over a decade later, we recommend this shop to everyone. It doesn't get any better than this - excellent service at a reasonable price, plus walkable from my house if the service is going to take more than an hour.

I unequivocally recommend Hector and his team for their exceptional professionalism and outstanding customer service. I take my vehicles to their shop for maintenance because they consistently provide reliable, high-quality service I can trust. Throughout service visit, they keep me informed, provide clear explanations, and ensure I understand each step of the work being performed. Their transparency, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction set a high standard for service excellence. Communication from the team is always timely, courteous, and precise, making every experience smooth and stress-free. Hector and his team exemplify what every mechanic shop should strive to be: knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely dedicated to delivering top-tier customer care. I highly recommend them for their superior service and professionalism. Thank you, Hector and team!
